IMPORTANT

  • A $10 handling fee will be charged on all orders shipped outside of California.
  • UPS charges an additional $5.00 to deliver to a residential address. If you have an office or business address the wine can be shipped to, you will save on this fee.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  • Shipping prices generated on the order form are estimates. Actual shipping costs vary from state to state. As our policy, we do not mark up shipping charges.

    Shipping Information

    If we feel it is necessary, we will call to verify your order. If you live outside of California your wine will be shipped on your behalf via a trusted third party and they will charge your shipping costs separately.

    We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside California. All alcholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in their state. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcholic beverages. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiveing the delivery will be required to show identification that he or she is at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to correct all pricing errors.
